danse \u00e0 avec une formation professionnelle \u00e0 <strong>P.A.R.T.S<\/strong>, l&#8217;\u00e9cole de Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker\/Rosas.<br \/>\nEn 1998 il rejoint la compagnie Damaged Goods de <strong>Meg Stuart<\/strong>, avec qui il parcours le monde entier pendant 3 ann\u00e9es. En 2000 Ugo fond sa propre compagnie, <strong>kwaad bloed<\/strong> (mauvais sang), et depuis il cr\u00e9e r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des nouvelles chor\u00e9graphies pour des danseurs tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s (professionnel, amateurs, adultes de toute age et enfants).<br \/>\nEn 2018 il entame la recherche de la danse sans corps humains, et travaille d\u00e9sormais comme <strong>chor\u00e9graphe des choses<\/strong>: Il construit des sculptures robotiques.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce clip, Ugo a faite une chor\u00e9graphie de 3 robots, inspir\u00e9 par le morceau \u2018Governing, Belgian style\u2019 de Tuur.<br \/>\nComme vous le savez, la Belgique (avec ses 3 Communaut\u00e9s, 4 gouvernements, 4 parlements, quelques Senats et, comme c\u00e9rise sur le g\u00e2teau, une famille Royale R\u00e9put\u00e9) est champion du monde \u2018Pays sans gouvernement\u2019. 541 Jours, apr\u00e8s avoir battu L\u2019Iraq et le Senegal. (Et \u00e7a tournait encore)<\/p>\n<p><strong>EN<\/strong><br \/>\nUgo Dehaes started his full-time dance education at <strong>P.A.R.T.S<\/strong>, the international school for dancers and choreographers directed by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. In 1998 Ugo started to work as a dancer for Meg Stuart\/Damaged Goods. During three years he collaborated on the pieces appetite and Highway 101.<br \/>\nIn 2000 he founded the company <strong>kwaad bloed<\/strong> [www.kwaadbloed.com] and from that moment onwards Ugo created regularly new choreographies.<br \/>\nSince 2018 Ugo shifted his focus and became a <strong>choreographer of things<\/strong>: moving sculptures, installations with interactive robots\u2026 and next to his choreographic work, Ugo also made Coupure, a permanent, moving sculpture for the city of Bruges.<\/p>\n<p>For this clip, Ugo chose Tuur\u2019s composition \u2018Governing, Belgian style\u2019 to make a choreography with 3 robots.<br \/>\nAs you know, Belgium is (gifted with 3 Communities, 4 governments, 4 parlements, a few Senats and a reputated Royal Family), world champion \u2018Country without Governement\u2019 since 2010 (541 days). (beating Irak and Senegal)<\/p>\n<p><strong>NL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ugo Dehaes is danser van opleiding. Na klassiek ballet volgde hij onder andere een opleiding bij P.A.R.T.S., de internationale school voor dansers en choreografen onder leiding van Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. In 1998 begon Ugo als danser te werken voor <strong>Meg Stuart\/Damaged Goods<\/strong> en start later zijn eigen danscompagnie, Kwaad Bloed <strong>op, waarmee hij verschillende voorstellingen maakt (waaronder \u2018Intimicy\u2019, een voorstelling met actrice Guyl\u00e8ne Olivares<\/strong> en Tuur Florizoone.<br \/>\nVanaf 2018 verschoof Ugo&#8217;s focus en werd hij een <strong>Choreograaf van Dingen<\/strong>. Hij maakte de bewegende sculptuur Stalactiet (2018) voor Tweetakt Festival (NL), Forced Labor: Arena (2020), een installatie met 8 interactieve robots.<\/p>\n<p>Voor deze film heeft hij nieuwe robots gecre\u00eberd die een choreografie maken op mijn compositie \u2018Governing, Belgian style\u2019. Zoals iedereen weet, kunnen we er wat van in Belgi\u00eb, met onze 3 gewesten, 4 Regeringen, 4 Parlementen, Senaten\u2026 en een Koningshuis als kers op de taart. In 2010 werden we trots wereldkampioen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vrt.be\/vrtnws\/nl\/2018\/08\/20\/belgie-blijft-kampioen-langst-zonder-regering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u2018land zonder regering\u2019<\/a><\/strong> met een knappe 541 dagen, Irak en Senegal voorbijstekend.
